Lactose free milk and pop

Can anyone tolerate caffeine free pop (any kind) or low fat lactose free milk? I have been thinking on starting to drink low fat lactose free milk.

I got away with Diet Ginger Ale a few times over the Christmas holidays - and it even had whiskey in it!  I haven't tried just drinking a straight glass by itself though. I'm really trying to be strict until I get stable - then I may experiment. I know that carbonation doesn't bother me, and I'm 99% sure that aspartame doesn't bother me either.
I'm not sure about the milk!

Can't do the milk at all but I do occasionally sip a ginger ale or mix it with herbal tea (even fennel). I think I read a post from Syl that she can tolerate carbonated beverages. But NO milk. Rice Dream just came out with a chocolate chai flavor that is really good.
