would anyone have a clue as to why I would feel nauseous after I start eating a white bread sandwich with bonne maman blueberry preserves and almond butter? It's also happened to me with peanut butter and other fruit preserves. Thanks.

you could be sensitive to the fruit spread or nuts. Or maybe the almond butter.

I get REALLY nauseous when my tummy is empty, so I have to eat small meals regularly.

I can tolerate a small smear of normal butter better than the substitutes as they can make my tummy a bit weird.

I've never had nausea from fruit stuff only cramps. However, nut butters make me feel sick and feel heavy on my stomach if that's any help? Which is a massive shame because i LOVE crunchy peanut butter. My fave sandwiches when i used to eat wheat were peanut butter and banana. Yum. I miss them...

Yes, I get nauseous, but so far, I can't really link it to any particular food. I think it happens mostly when I need to eat, tho it's hard to eat when you feel nauseous.

Peanut butter (which I adore) is a thing of the past, for me. I doubt I'll ever be able to eat it, again, which makes me VERY sad.

I had too much peanut butter last night and it made me a little nauseous.
