what cereal is safe for me i have ibs c and i have had enough of ready break eg oats
what can i have now that's got some fiber

Sainsburys do there own brand of shreddies but they're made out of oats rather than wheat, I've not tried them myself, but they're oats so should be safe, maybe Oatibix, either that or rice crispies or cocoa pops. Cant really think of anything else, sorry.

asda used to do oat krunchies think it was kwackers that made them not sure though !! they were raelly nice with rice milk but i havent seen them for ages as i moved and now have to shop in tesco !!
