mixed(high alpha type),silicon dioxide, pineapple flavour.
Contains gluten.


Apparently you only take a little first and work up to one scoop.

This looks far too complicated and it appears to contain a considerable amount of IF. I would look for a simple SFS that contains only one primary SF ingredient.
