Yes, tho my problem was with Crystal Light. Probably partly because of the artificial sweetener, but also the dye, which I do NOT understand. This is a product they market mostly to adults... do we need uber-redness to be attracted enuf to it to drink it?! I'm happy with colorless! The fewer additives, the better, imo. I have a friend who is allergic to all food dyes... talk about a restricted diet! Processed food, in general, is just bad-bad-bad for IBSers.
I called the Crystal Light ppl to lodge my complaint about the dye which stains my skin for days! (imagine what that does to our insides!). It took weeks for a small amount of it to wear off my cutting board. You've got to know a thing like that is just way-unhealthy!

I can't touch it. Tests have shown I am allergic to red and blue dye.

Kool Aid does not bother me. I drink it quite often in the summer. In fact, cherry and black cherry are my favorite flavors.
As for Crystal Lite, besides the dyes, it also contains artificial sweeteners. Not worth the gas attack for me!
