When I get into one of those moments, I back off of most food and just hit very plain and bland foods like, rice, oatmeal and the like. Even then when I am really gased up it takes a few days to get your system back where it needs to be. Just hang in there and keep to the very basic diet and no dairy, red meats, high fat foods, etc.

Don't touch dairy and don't eat the bran flakes. And stay away from sugar. Just oatmeal and white rice right now. I had trouble understanding your post. You are usually C, but right now you're having D? Or are you feeling constipated and bloated, but having a little bit of runny poo? Either way, the dairy could definitely cause this. I'm a C, and I know what it's like to feel like you have both C and D at once. It's a terrible feeling. And I think dairy is a big contributor to this feeling -- for me. Oatmeal (on the stovetop, not an instant packet that has lots of sugar), white rice. And breathe. Keep breathing. Good luck.
