Jordy, sorry, I used the prepackaged mix - this one . I'm trying different things so now I ordered Pamela's wheat free bread mix that I've heard is really good. When I first experimented with GF diet 2 years ago I made a few bread's from Bette Hagman's The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread . Her recipes were pretty easy to follow and turned out OK. But I found the mixes so much easier because by the time I spent $$$ on different flours and xanthan gum and then trying to figure out the right ratio or consistency I really ruined the first few . I don't have the book available right now so unfortunately I can't give you any recipes but I first got it from my library so you could try yours. Good luck with baking .
