safe foods? im not so sure :S

so i have stopped eating pretty much anything but "safe foods" and for me right now that is just plain white rice and fresh french bread but my BMs are actually getting worse. i eat in small amounts over the coarse of the day and drink lots of peppermint tea. so is it the bacteria correcting itself? or is it possible i have a wheat allergy? i have missed 3 days of class now and i cant keep that up or i will fail

oh and its been a tiny bit over a week since i started just eating those 2 things. and each day is noticeably worse

Are you IBS=C, IBS-D or IBS-A. What else do you eat besides white rice and french bread?

this is just a guess or two but it may be that you are not getting enough fiber.. and just the total change in diet sometimes can cause choas to your system
i understand what you are going through.. i have no idea how i graduated!!

See a Dr asap. You'll get really week and it's dangerous to eat just white rice and bread.

no im a broke college kid i cant afford doctors, i am however in the process of getting on basic health so i still cant see a doctor for at least 2 more months
