Did you forget your meds again young lady? LOL What the heck are you talking about?

That's supposed to be a pic of Tigger - must not be coming up on your puter for some reason. You know Tigger? From Disney? Here, try here. That's Tigger! (I have that movie too, BTW! LOL)

Am I not making sense? I must be a quart low on my estrogen. It happens.

Yeah, I know who Tigger is now. I never saw the movie, of course, but yeah, I've seen pictures and stuff.

Now what was the question? Bev

I hear you, katgirl. I still haven't added much insoluble fiber back into my diet, either, even though I know I need to! It's so hard to get yourself to eat something whenit has bothered you so much in the past, isn't it? Hopefully we can both take the plunge soon...

i AM GLAD you mentioned chewing thoroughly because I love apples straight. I always thought though that if you chew really good that it would be alright.

Hi Mags; THE PAGE PROTECTOR is a really good idea. I just use a brown folder. I may try that though.

Louise, check out Karin's recipe for waffles on the recipe board dated 10/06/03. It sounds magnificent (only I'm substituting canned punkin for the banana and making them pancakes instead of waffles). YUM! Bev

I am interested on getting input on the best insolubles to eat. Ever since I started following this diet, I've been scared to try anything off the safe list.
Ideas anyone?
