HI EVERYONE, I JUST WANT TO KNOW WILL THIS STUFF EVER END, I HAD A SLICE OF PIZZA FOR LUNCH TODAY AND OH MY " BIG MISTAKE" DOES THIS STUFF REALLY EVER GO AWAY. I CAN'T STAND THE GAS AND BLOAT FEELING I GET AND IT SEEMS I HAVE IT ALL THE TIME AND SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A BIG GAS POCKET IN MY LEFT SIDE " STOMACH AREA" I HATE THAT THE MOST.WELL ANYWAY THANKS FOR LISTENING TO ME.....

Have you tried making pizza yourself with a dairy free base, grated soy cheese, tomato putee and a veg topping? They're not so bad! I sympathise that it's not the same as a takeaway pizza but it's as close as we can get without pain

No worries.
It's hardest when you are out at a concert and then wanna go get a gelato or icecream and you have to either get yours to take home and eat it there or go without. Late night city snacks that are IBS friendly are rare as hen's teeth.

I agree with making your own pizza. I made one a few weeks ago with BBQ sauce, chicken, mushrooms, and soy mozzarella cheese (Vegan Gourmet brand). It was actually very good!
