10-day cycle???

What is up with this??? I seem to do great for about 10 days at a time than Wham! I have an attack. It is almost exactly 10 days – I had a bad attack on New Year's Day, then an attack on the evening of the 10th/morning of the 11th, and now today is the 21st and I had an attack this morning (almost didn't come to work). Could it be that maybe I start slacking on the diet a little because, since it's been 10 days since an attack, psychologically I start thinking it's safe to cheat? It's not like I go whole-hog with the cheating though – Saturday night I had a glass of rye with ginger ale (had this a couple of times over Christmas and it didn't bother me then), and last night for dinner I had a lentil casserole – maybe that was too much IF and not enough SF??? Who knows anymore... I am so sick of this...

I know the feeling.. Its weird cause you can be fine for a while and then something will trigger it and you just feel awful and it take a few days to get back on track. A week goes by and your fine and then BAM its back to freaking out!! Honestly I dont have a clue??
