Peppermint Capsules and gas

Has anyone had any success using the peppermint capsules to get rid of bad gas?

Hi,
No..the peppermint capsules have never helped me get rid of gas. The only thing that works for me is fennel tea. It's a savior!

The Peppermint Tummy Tamers seem to be working for me! I take just one in the evening before I eat dinner, I can't take it in the morning or it gives me reflux. But I have noticed a definite improvement in a reduction of gas. I used to have terrible gas at night and I would literally be on my back with my feet flipped over my head in yoga poses for a half hour trying to release it all.
So, yes they have helped me and I hope others can be just as successful!

THey have helped me also in preventing gas but once I have it, it doesn't matter. I take them before lunch and dinner...not breakfast either b/c of acid reflux.
