Can anyone tell me how to A. Tell if my Almond milk has gone bad and B. How long can it usually last once it's opened?

I'm not sure if this applies to almond milk or not (I've never even tried it myself), but with soy milk you're supposed to watch for a bloated package, a thickening or discoloration (darkening) of the product, and/or a sour or excessively sweet taste.
When in doubt, throw it out!

I've used almond milk that was 2 months after the expiry date yet still unopened and it was fine. I made rice pudding with it. Once I open mine, usually lasts 2 weeks or so. If it's bad it gets lumpy and I've even seen it with moldy flecks in it. I usually take a sip (near the sink in case I have to spit it out) to check before I use it.
Good Luck!
