I think eggbeaters adds things to their product. I don't use them. I use Eggology instead. Egg sub. because they are only the egg whites and stay good for 3 months even after opened.

You can cook/bake with eggbeaters if you want though.

You can also buy Just Whites and you don't have to crack the eggs and throw out the yolks.
