I was thinking about going vegetarian, but I'm wondering if this is possible since I can't handle a lot of veggies. I can't do salads, which is probably a mainstay of many vegetarians' diets, and don't do so great with things like broccoli. I know a lot of people on these boards are vegetarian - what do you eat? Thanks!!

Lots of pasta, potatoes, rice. I love different types of squash as well. I do pretty good with some of the beans as long as I eat bread first. PB and bagels for lunch, cereal, cooked carrots, mushrooms as well. You can also try Quinoa grain and substituting with TVP (textured vegetable protein) in chili, spaghetti, etc.
