Happy Thanksgiving to all of my new IBS friends. Wishing you and your family a lovely weekend. And with that said what are you thankful for the most?
First, I must say thanks to Heather EFI diet has helped me in 2 months and Acadia has been a blessing. Plus, the help from the forum buddies and support we give each others helps us through the rough times.
second, for my family, and friends and my wonderul husband (today is our 3rd year anniversary!) and hopefully our own family starting 2008.
Third, that I still have a job since the economy stinks and my company is struggling to stay afloat.
And last but not least my little niece. She is my world and when my IBS flares she rubs my belly and makes me feel better

Totally grateful for our Heather and that she chose to follow her heart and to live out her life's purpose to help others and therefore helped me to help myself.
And I'm grateful to come to know my own resilience factor so that I am now living out my own life's purpose as a Life Coach and know what it is to be fully alive!
