Organic rice syrup

I finally broke out this syrup this weekend to use with hot water for tea for my cold. Not to bad. I got it a few weeks ago at the local HFS. It says you can bake with it, for energy bars or substitute for Honey, sugar, molasses. It is fat free too. Has anyone used this before?

I've used it before, it's almost like a slightly healthier version of golden syrup. But still a bit too sweet for me and my darned candida!  I used to use it in place of sugar, esp in baking, it's lovely.

Okay I will check it out. I just wanted to add that it is gluten free for others that have that issue.
