I like the idea that one of these has 9 grams of fiber. However, it has a lot of unsafe stuff as well. So I want to try and recreate something as high-fiber at home. Well what leaves me wondering is where exactly does all that fiber come from? I looked at the ingredients and I don't see anything that would yield that much fiber (oats aren't THAT high in fiber). Anyone could tell me? If you go here and click on Full Nutritional Information you can see the ingredients.

The fiber is in the rolled oats, rice flour, barley flakes, almond flour, peanut flour, sunflower meal and wheat flour.
The rolled oats, rice flour and barley flakes are high in SF and the almond flour, peanut flour, sunflower meal and wheat flour are high in IF. For example, peanut flour, almond flour and sunflower meal have about 30 - 35 grams of fiber / 100 grams. Most nuts and seeds are high in IF.
