I like mini candy canes (I stock up so I can have them year round). I also LOVE Brach's candy corn, but I only eat about 6 at a time after a meal. I was having a serious craving the other day and ate about 15-20, and my tummy was NOT happy with me... lol
I also like original Super Bubble bubble gum (one of the few that still doesn't add artificial sweetener)!

I love Lindt truffles (mint or dark chocolate are my favorite), but I only have them on special occasions.

I have had luck w/Heather's advice. After a safe dinner I have been able to eat a snack size candy bar, I've been able to do this everynight since Halloween without any problem. The only one not happy is my daughter because her candy stash is slowing dwindling
