Yes, it looks fine. It doesn't have any of the most common triggers in it.

This crust is nearly 30% fat, so your filling would need to be very low-fat in order to balance it out, even after a safe meal. It's certainly better than the normal fat content of nearly 50%, though!

It's a really great pumpkin pie recipe. I've made it several times, using that same pie shell and I haven't had a problem. Even my non-IBS family and friends like it. Just try not to eat the whole pie!
