its been awhile, but.. Skelaxin??

I got put on Skelaxin.. I took the first dose last night.. I slept really well for a few hours, and then woke up with nasty tummy issues.. I don't know if something I ate did this or the pill.. but since that point I've had a ton of gas, and nothing else and I am normally stable and my tummy still feels icky, bloated as soon as I woke (a rarity these days).

has anyone been on this before? its a muscle relaxant.. I didn't anticipate it causing belly issues...

If you look at the adverse effects for Skelaxin (near bottom of page) you will see that nausea, vomiting and gastrointestinal upset are listed as occuring frequently.
