Pages: 1 do peppermint caps expire?       #316971 - 10/18/07 09:38 PM Edit Reply Quote retrograde Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 1569 so I have 2 bottles of peppermint caps in my cupboard that are from aaaages ago. happily I've been doing really really well and haven't needed them. I've been a little less well lately though and wanted to start taking them again... but the bottle says "best by 07/07".... should I toss them, or do you think they might still be ok? (also, I confess, I've already taken a few... should I be worried about that? haha hmm...) thanks! The manufactures have to make sure that they are in pristine condition at least until the expiration date so usually they actually last longer. Do the pills look, taste, or smell funny (are they more cloudy, etc.)?
