I took mine in the morning when I got up (my probiotic) and then I took my Prevacid anytime during the day. I do not have a set time for it because I do not use it everyday, it is very expensive and I try to stretch it out to 48 hours which does work well. I have never had a problem taking both

I use my Protonix (for my reflux) first thing in the morning and take the probiotic before bed.

I take my probiotic 1/2 hr before lunch and before dinner. I also take my Pariet (for reflux) with the pre-dinner handful of pills / vitamins / digestives. No problems for me. I was told to take the Pariet at the time my reflux bothers me the most - for me it's after dinner (usually while I'm at the gym / pool). As far as I know there is no interaction problems taking them at the same time.

The first probiotic I took, which is no longer available specificed to take with meals. The lastes one I bought was from CVS and it said only to take two hours before or after an antibiotic.......I am not happy with the one from CVS I miss my other one. What do you take and how long have you taken it?

I take FloraSmart. 90 caplets cost about $50, so best price I've found so far. They don't have to be refridgerated either.
