I have IBS-C and lost a lot of weight. I have been able to put some weight on by drinking Ensure. I get the coffee flavor. Ensure tastes very good and it doesn't seem to bother my IBS. I even put it in the freezer for a smoothie.

Pud, I am a strength training fanatic and I use Rice protein in my oatmeal and smoothies to ensure I get enough protein. I used to use soy protein but found that the rice protein was less bloating for me.

I buy egg whites only protein at Super Supplements. It's very friendly.

Rice protein's where it's at...although I've found that it doesn't really taste good in anything...just ruins a smoothie's flavor.
