how much water do you drink in a day?

how much water do you drink in a day? just wondering trying to get some idea how much i should be drinking.

I drink about a cup of water/peppermint tea every two hours.

I have a 52oz cup from QuikTrip (convenience store) that I wash and reuse. I fill this up and go through anywhere from 1-5 of these cups a day. Sometimes I get my liquids from other sources like orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, or a few glasses or cups of tea. I also have a very annoying problem; a narrowing urethra which means sometimes I have to pee every 10 minutes!! Other times it's about 3 times per hour. I try not to drink too much water, because I don't want to unbalance my electrolytes and potassium and other minerals, but I definitely try to stay hydrated.

I VERY RARELY drink 5 times 52oz of water btw. My average is 2-3 of those 52 oz cups.
