For example Dr. Ho etc. has anyone tried one or heard of them working/not working? Each article I have read stated it is beneficial for people with IBS to do one to rid yourself of gas, old waste and bloating. any ideas? suggestions? thanks! Heather's approach is to soothe the colon and cleanses do exactly the opposite. That said, I'm sure some people on the Boards have tried them. You could try a Search on: colon cleanse across all Boards with no time limit and see what the results are.
