BEWARE!! BBQ Baked Lays have casein in them.... new

...at least they did the last time I checked (and consequently threw out the bag). Casein is a dairy byproduct, or something like that.

Oh, and make sure they don't have hydrologized oils (including soy) in them. BAD STUFF!!

I prefer to make my own potato chips by slicing red potatos thinly, seasoning with salt (or cajun) and nuking until crisp.

there are alot of things like that with hidden triggers...we think they are safe because they are lowfat and they are not.I ate pringles once and had an awful attacj...so i looked on the can and they had milk powder in them

Me too, and I go into a near panic attack when there isn't any in the house. They are ALSO a MUST to have in the car, when I travel!!!
