Pages: 1 Figuring out the cause of nasea?       #313650 - 08/21/07 12:32 PM Edit Reply Quote Kiwii Reged: 09/27/05 Posts: 546 I sometimes get this terrible upset stomach in the middle of the night. Usally around 2 am. I eat at around 6 pm. But then around 2 I wake up & have this nasea that keeps me awake for a couple hours. So, I've decided to try to take Beano before my dinner. I tried one night & it helped a little. I think maybe I need this digestive enzyme Does anyone have any other suggestions? I can't take much more of this. Either I get the nausea as I'm trying to fall asleep or I'll wake up randomly in the middle of the night and run to the bathroom because I feel so sick. Haven't really found anything to prevent it, and I've tried a lot. Hopefully someone has an idea we haven't tried. Maybe you're on to something with the Beano? So far so good. NO NASEA AT NIGHT!!! I REALLY hope this is the solution I've been waiting for!
