Does anyone know where I can find a list of foods that contain these ingredients, so I can be sure to stay away from them. At one time I thought they were a trigger for me but later I found out I was wrong. High fructose foods including high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) are know to be IBS triggers. You will find a number of references to this in Heather's FAQ.. If you search the board using either fructose as your keyword you find many postings about fructose malabsorption and GI disorders including IBS. HFCS has to be listed as an ingredient in food. In the US and Canada is it is listed as high fructose corn syrup or fructose-glucose. You will have to read the labels on all the foods your buy. I printed out a list of fruit and fruit juices that have Fructose. This will help a lot in planning what I can and cannot eat.
