English Muffins have milk in them!!!

Or at least the Thomas brand do. I always thought they were safe and never read the ingredients until today. I began noticing that every time I ate one for breakfast, I would experience bad stomach pain and a few sparse BMs. When I read the ingredients, they list Nonfat Milk and Whey as two of the ingredients. Blast! Do all brands have dairy???

Did you get the original Thomas'? I thought they had sour dough which I would guess would be safe?

Nope; if I remember correctly, the sourdough ones have milk in them too. When I buy them (not very often), I find an organic brand, which typically won't have dairy.
