How do you know if u need to up ur acacia?

I take a 1/2 tsp in the morning with yogurt and a 1/2 tsp in the afternoon with yogurt....I'm fine as long as i eat ok foods so should I up my intake or keep it the same!! Confused!

The purpose of taking the fiber is to regulate your stools. If you are feeling stable and you're not experiencing serious bouts of diarrhea or constipation, you're fine. If you're not stable, increase it by 1/2 teaspoon for 7 - 10 days. Then reassess.
