1. What do u drink during the day besides water??
2. Has anyone tried those packets you pour in your water?? Are those IBS friendly??
3. What do you eat before u workout??

1. Pomegranate juice, herbal teas - rooibos, fennel, peppermint, chammomile, sometimes green tea, and white green tea, almond milk, rice milk.

2. I assume you're talking about Crystal Lite type of packets. Those are full of artificial sweetners and are not IBS friendly.

3. I eat normally - nothing special, at least 2 hours before a work out.

Hot herbal tea and the Celestial Seasonings packets mentioned below. Once in awhile, I'll make a pitcher of KoolAid. Mostly, though, I drink lots of water.

2. Has anyone tried those packets you pour in your water?? Are those IBS friendly??

Most of the packets I've found are not IBS-safe. For some reason, even the tea packets have artificial sugar in them.

However, if you can find them, Celestial Seasonings does make safe versions that are sweetened with stevia instead. So far, I've only had the berry flavor. It's pretty good.
So far, I've only found them at Meijer's.

3. What do you eat before u workout?? I usually just have water - no food.

1. I drink snapple white tea - they have no artificial sweetners and are low calorie. I also make "sun tea" out of fruity decaf herb teas.

2. I haven't been able to find those packets without artificial sweetners in them.

3. I have oatmeal with a banana and peppermint tea in the morning - it's about 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to working out. If I don't eat before working out, I get shaky and dizzy.
