I have been feeling very good and eating the good things and not touching the bad things....Well, last night I made a recipe that had chicken broth, chicken, and pot's in it and THAT IS IT!!! AND I have been SOOOO sick since...I feel miserable!! I am downing peppermint tea like crazy and just feel yuucckkkyy!!! Is the chicken broth a no no or a no no just for me???

The only things I can think of is the chicken broth or the chicken itself. If you used granules, there may have been some MSG in there. Some of the soup bases like Better than Bullion may also contain a bit of dairy as well as MSG.
What kind of chicken did you use? Some people are triggered by dark meat.

The ingredients were 1/2 can chicken broth, 3 chkn breasts, seasoned pepper/salt, garli/onion powder and 3 potatoes cut up...I'm assuming it was the chkn broth!

Did you use homemade or commercial chicken broth? Some commercial chicken broths contain MSG. Also, some IBSers have problems with garlic/onion including the powder.
