I am a new member and just after reading a few of your posts I feel more normal than I usually do! I have freinds and family who think Im crazy and its all in my head. I am very convinced my IBS beginning started after taking an antibiotic and it wiped out my system. Has anyone heard of this actually happening? I had C Difficle after the prescription and left with IBS. I have been having anxiety attacks as of latley does anyone else suffer? or is this something else. I have alot of pain, nausea, dizzy and the feeling of being lethargic. I have recently purchased Heathers book and Im quite excited to try all the food. I have been too many doctors who have put me on Zelnorm Dicetel etc. I want to treat this naturally and I want it to be this year! Please reply with anything that helps! I feel like I am going throught this myself and I hate feeling sick! I love to go out but this keeps me in ALOT! Thanks for any replies! Welcome! I'm new here too and I like you felt very comfy to know that there are others in the same boat as me. Like you, I get nausea and lightheaded and I can't figure out if it's because I'm not eating, if it's what I'm eating, or if it's my Meniere's Disease kicking in (that was another battle that I wound up perservering in.) You're not by yourself, I love to go out but am scared too only 'cause I start getting anxious and therefore start making myself get out of whack. I barely tolerate having to take the subway into work (I'm in NY). I can't wait to receive Heather's books and the self hypnosis CDs. Good luck!
