IBS audio question

i try to follow the program exactly,it says to only listen to that days session but I fall asleep and the whole cd plays. The program says its ok if you fall asleep because your subconsious picks up the session. Will this affect the results of the program?

Yes it will affect your progress. Program your cd player for only that session.

i don't have a cd player, i have a dvd player, maybe i could set my alarm clock. Thanks.
