I have not taken any fiber for about 2 weeks and still continue to have a BM everyday, no gas, no horrible bloating...I am very pleased! I hope it continues to work and I found on their website, there are participating pharmacies that I can go to and order there rather than online, supposedly get it quicker...it maybe worth a try!
