Pages: 1 how long do i wait to drink my tea?       #310619 - 07/06/07 02:43 PM Edit Reply Quote badtzjack Reged: 05/08/07 Posts: 54 Loc: NEW YORK i'm confused on something: how long should i wait to drink tea? i know one is supposed to drink plenty of water and/or tea, but can't too much cause stomach upset? how many hours in between do you wait to drink something, and how big a cup? should i wait an hour before eating to drink something, and an hour after i eat? Heather says to limit the amount to drink with meals, so does that mean sips? thanks again! There really isn't any other restrictions except don't drink large amounts of liquids with meals. Larger amounts of liquids can be consumed about half hour after meals.
