Just wanted to say "Yay" for this board and website. It's really helpful and i'm so grateful to all who have replied to my threads. I'm addicted to this place now and log on every day. I just wish there was a British equivalent as some of the things here don't translate to the UK and some of the products aren't available over here. Anyway, I think my husband's quite relieved as i'm not moaning at him so much although he's really, really skeptical of Heather's diet (he's a typical englishman!). i haven't been following it long enough yet to convince him or whether it works but hopefully i'll get my chance! Thanks again

So glad you are here! Do you think you can order some of the products over the internet? I hope the diet works for you...it has helped me tremendously! I am addicted too!
