Hi and welcome. You can start learning here about the IBS Diet . Until you're more stable, it's best to stay away from fatty red meats and stick with chicken, turkey, and fish for protein. Once you're feeling better you might be able to enjoy very lean cuts of red meat occassionally. However some people cannot handle any red meat at all.

Thank you so much. A few weekends ago my family and I went over to my mothers house to eat, she made a roast. NOT good, I ended up in the ER i could not stop vomiting and the pain was so BAD!!! So after that no more red meat for me. I'm hurting pretty bad at night for some reason i don't under stand that maybe it will all work out. Just started the ibs diet.
