I have been reading of a new weight loss drug called ALLI, which formerly was known as Xenical when on prescription.
IF YOU HAVE IBS-D DO NOT TAKE THIS DRUG!! It basically gives the person taking it, artificial IBS-D!
I do not know if anyone posted about this previously, so I figured I'd do so.

Thanks. I had read about this and figured the fact that it blocked fat absorption was probably a danger sign. After all, if the fat isn't being absorbed it's got to go somewhere, right?

In your earlier post you mentioned losing a lot of weight while following Heather's guidelines. Would you be willing to post an outline of how you eat throughout the day? Thanks.
