Hi everyone.
I know IF includes: lettuce, whole grains, and peels/seeds from fruits and veggies.
What are other good ways to get insoluble fiber?
Thanks!
Carolyn

Lots of foods contain insoluble. Read through the link if you haven't already. You can usually tell how much insoluble a fruit or veggie has by mashing it. Potatoes, carrots, - mashable, therefore soluble. Broccoli, onions, peas, corn even cooked doesn't really mash - mostly insoluble. If you have any more questions, be sure to ask.
