Do people generally tolerate raspberries? Just wondering because I'm checking to see if my daughter could be fructose sensitive so I need to not give her peaches, pears and apples she has been eating alot. I read that raspberries are OK to eat because don't have much fructose

Here is a list of good and bad fruits.

One problem I find with berries is the seeds and I have trouble with the sorbitol in plums and peaches.

Since I am IBS-D I tend to stay with things like semi ripe bananas and deseeded kiwi fruit. When I am feeling very stable I will a few raspberries and strawberries.

Good luck

Is there a sight that lists what fruits/vegies have fructose and sorbitol?

I don't know of a good site. There is a fairly good list in Table 1 of this article

The most extensive information on managing a low fructose diet is contained in the article

Shepherd SJ, Gibson PR (2006). Fructose malasborption and symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome: guidelines for effective dietary management . Journal of the American Dietetic Association 106 (10): 1631–9.
