Nausea and/or vomiting

Hello,
Just a quick, curious question. Is Nausea and/or vomiting a common characteristic of IBS? Sometimes when my diarrehha gets bad I get really nauseous and I'm just wondering if this was normal.
I haven't yet vomitted as a result of said nausea but I don't know if that's because it never pushed me that far or if because I'm emetophobic and don't allow myself too.
Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Every attack I have had in the last 1 1/2 years (when this whole thing began) has included nausea and severe vomiting, along with the diarrhea. So for me, yes, it is a common symptom.

Ok, I'm glad to see (in a weird sort of way) that this is atleast somewhat a normal occurance. I was starting to worry I had more problems than just this one
