Hi,
Are taco shells made with stoneground yellow corn masa flour safe or is this total whole grain and would cause problems?

I think that would be considered safe, but do watch the fat content - most taco shells are too high to be safe.

I've eaten them and been just fine. But I only eat one and then have a tortilla if I want something more. The shells are high fat.
