Cranberry juice drink - safe ingredients?

I can't find pure cranberry juice, but I have found a cranberry juice drink with these ingredients: Water, cranberry juice (15% - made with concentrated cranberry juice), sugar, acidifier: citric acid. I would have thought that the only 'dodgy' ingredient was the citric acid. Does anyone know if this is ok to drink?

As long as acidic foods don't bother you, you should be fine with it.
