I believe only luna bars are. The new sunrise bars are not IIRC.

I tried the Sunrise bars. They were safe for me, but frankly, they weren't tasty.

Actually, the Sunrise bars are my new favorites! I find them more satisfying than the regular bars (although since there are no chocolate flavors, I do get the occasional S'mores or Chocolate Peppermint).

I like the new teacakes as well, but they're more expensive and pretty low in protein. I may as well just have a cookie at that point...

I'm new to all this, but I think the sunrise bars are safe. There's no dairy. I think the fat content is the same as the other, plus a bonus of 5 g fiber, 4 SF. I could be missing something, but I think they're OK.
