I just tried almond breeze vanilla flavor with cereal and it was great! I didn't notice any almond taste, and the consistency was a lot more like what I'm used to than the soy milk that I tried. I'm glad to have found this, even if it is expensive. I'm a little confused why it's safe if we can't have nuts of any kind, but maybe the way it's processed manually reduces the fiber content (?)

We can have nuts on this diet. You just have to watch out how much you have because of the fat content. You should try the Chocolate Almond Breeze. It's sooo yummy!

I second the Chocolate Almond Breeze recommendation. It's so delicious! Like Gracie said, nuts are allowed on this diet in moderation (because of fat content) and it's easier to digest them if they're already processed a bit (ground, chopped, etc).

I found it at Whole Foods Market, but I think I saw it in my normal grocery store in their "natural foods" aisle.
