I actually started eating raw IF again (lettuce and tomatoes) by putting it on a sandwich... I found it was a really safe way to try it.

Remember that no IF food are "unsafe"! They just have to be eaten safely, with SF to cushion them.

Know what's weird? When I was stabilizing, mushrooms *killed* me. Now that things are relatively normal, I can eat them again, but boy, were they a problem in the beginning... and that's something that doesn't seem to bother most people.

I've always been able to do the raw carrots, too.

Don't forget about Swiss chard! I'm on a real kick with it now, and it seems a bit easier to deal with than kale. And I really like the fluorescent stems...

i hope it sits well..i microwaved it then put it on my sandwich....i can handle peas, i mash them up and eat them with pasta. i hope the spinich is good with me , the other greens sound so good...i'm not super stable right now so i hope all goes well.
