Sometimes I use Nesquik chocolate syrup to fix my chocolate craving. It is fat and dairy free and it is friendly for IBS suffers that are fructose sensitive too.

The ingredients are: sugar, water, cocoa, colour, salt, citric acid, potassium sorbate and vanillin.

I have honestly never heard that before! Of course, IBS-C runs on the maternal side of my family, so there's a certain lack of "normal" amongst the chocolate-eaters of my acquaintance!
