Why today - avacado?

I ate a turkey sandwich with tomato slices and avacado (probably about 2 tbsp of avacado) for lunch, a baked potato with a little margarine for a snack and a strawberry whole fruit frozen bar (from one of the snack lists) as another snack. I'm thinking the avacado is what did me in (have had D three times in the past 1/2 hour). What do you all think?

It could be the avocado. It could also be the frozen fruit bar, if that's something that you've never eaten before - yes, it's on the "safe snacks" list, but it's IF, and berries (with all those little seeds) can be a little tricky at first.

But honestly? When you're still trying to stabilize, *anything* can set you off - it might not even be related to food at all. Try avocado again at some point, but on a day when you're eating all known safe foods, and see how you do with it. Ditto for the fruit bar. If either one bothers you again, then you know to avoid it in the future.
